casa ac is a custom kitchen, bathroom, and interior design studio founded by Andreina Amengual and Catherine Padilla. Based in Miami, we work with homeowners throughout South Florida, Central Florida, Northern Florida, and clients anywhere who want a truly custom space — designed around their life, not a template.
Our Approach
Every project starts with a conversation, not a catalog. We don't work from off-the-shelf packages. From the first consultation through material selection, permitting coordination, and final installation, we manage every part of the process — so you have one point of contact throughout.
We work on kitchens, bathrooms, custom furniture, and full-home renovations. Most projects are completed in 8–16 weeks. Every quote follows a free initial consultation.
Why We Work the Way We Do
South Florida has its own design logic — humidity affects material choices, HOA and condo rules shape what's possible, and the indoor-outdoor lifestyle changes how spaces need to function. We've built our practice with that context baked in. But the fundamentals we bring to every project — custom solutions, honest timelines, and full process management — travel anywhere. We've worked with clients in Ocala, Central Florida, and Northern Florida, and we're open to projects wherever the fit is right.
Andreina always knew design was where she belonged. Before starting Casa AC, she built her career in tech and startups, which gave her something most designers don't have: a systems mindset. She thinks about how a space works as much as how it looks, and she brings the same precision to a kitchen remodel that she once brought to building products. That background is a big part of why Casa AC manages the entire process, not just the aesthetic decisions.

Catherine studied marketing and spent years working inside an interior design studio before going out on her own. She brings formal design knowledge, deep sourcing relationships, and a sharp eye for materials and finishes. She understands both the creative and the operational sides of a project, which means clients get someone who can talk about Taj Mahal quartzite and also keep a timeline on track.
How We Started
We met through family, ina's mother and cat were friends, and somewhere in the middle of one of those conversations, it came out that they both had a passion for interior design and a vision for doing it differently. casa ac came from that. Two different backgrounds, one shared belief: that a well-designed space should be built around the people living in it.
